ReportThanks to the Ontario Trillium Foundation, Burlington’s first Youth Environmental Network was established. Led BY Youth FOR Youth, our motto is “Helping Youth Help the Planetâ€, as we work together to get more of our community involved in helping the environment. We come up with ideas and solutions to environmental challenges, participate in local eco-action projects and share our efforts with everyone in our City to inspire further empowerment. www.burlingtongreen.org

Incredible spirit from these guys at BGYN
The BGYN has accomplished so much in just a few years!
Great picture!. Looks like this group of future eco leaders had some fun at the BGYN Youth Eco Conference. Had fun too, great thing to be a part of.
Every year, students from Halton Waldorf school attend the Youth Environmental Conference. The hands- on learning, guest speakers, awareness raising, networking with others, etc. make this annual BGYN event absolutely fantastic! Grade 7 & 8 students at the 2011 Conference.
